Kuro, Guam Police Department Special Weapons and Tactics explosive-detection K-9, participates in a Military Working Dog Immersion Course at Northwest Field, Guam, Sept. 22, 2022. The course was hosted by the MWD instructors assigned to the 736th Security Forces Squadron. In this part of the course, a massive amount of explosive odors were placed together and the handler observed how well the dog found the stockpile when released from a distance away. Once nearby, the handler also observed how the dog handled the overstimulation of smells. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Pedro Tenorio)
