A dredge travels under the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, which spans across the Cooper River in Charleston, S.C. The river is part of the Charleston Harbor Post 45 Deepening Project, which will make the Charleston Harbor deeper and wider to accommodate larger ships to call on the Port of Charleston.
