U.S. Navy Lt. James Burdette, assigned to Fleet Surgical Team (FST) 4, injects medication during a medical procedure aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24), Oct. 6, 2022. Embarked FST 4 Sailors make Arlington role-two medically capable by performing specialty care and minor surgeries aboard the ship. The Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group and embarked 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) is operating in the Atlantic Ocean in support of naval operations to maintain maritime stability and security in order to ensure access, deter aggression and defend U.S., allied and partner interests.
