U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to Fleet Surgical Team (FST) 4 and the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24) pose for a photo prior to performing a medical procedure aboard the Arlington, Oct. 6, 2022. Embarked FST-4 Sailors make Arlington role-two medically capable by performing specialty care and minor surgeries aboard the ship. The Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group and embarked 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) is operating in the Atlantic Ocean in support of naval operations to maintain maritime stability and security in order to ensure access, deter aggression and defend U.S., allied and partner interests.
