The 908th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron holds a change of command ceremony at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oct. 14, 2022. During the ceremony, Maj. Bobby Budde relinquished command to Lt. Col. Michael Deprey. The primary purpose of a change of command is for subordinates to witness an officer formally assume responsibility, authority and accountability for the unit.
