Crews with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District mount the building envelope and curtain wall on the VA Stockton Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Stockton, California, October 17, 2022. With the outer shell of the building almost finished, crews will spend the next few months installing and testing interior systems. The facility is scheduled for completion in 2023.
