The Coast Guard Cutter Joseph Napier crew completed the two-day operation Oct. 20, 2022 in which 102 Haitians and 2 Dominican Republic nationals were rescued from Mona Island and transported to Mayaguez Puerto Rico, where U.S. Border Patrol agents took custody of the group.
