221021-N-LN782-1145 (Oct. 21, 2022) Chief Hull Maintenance Technician Andrew Fuller receives his combination cover during a chief pinning ceremony at Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall onboard Recruit Training Command (RTC) Great Lakes.
