WASHINGTON (October 21, 2022) – Navy chief petty officers’ vessels sit aboard the U.S. Navy Memorial during a chief petty officer pinning ceremony hosted by Naval District Washington. Twenty four Sailors from the National Capital Region were promoted to the rank of chief petty officer during the ceremony.
