A U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J Super Hercules pilot with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 352, Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing observes his surroundings while flying above California, Oct. 17, 2022. The KC-130 is a multi-role, multi-mission tactical tanker and transport aircraft which provides in-flight refueling to fixed wing, rotary wing, and tiltrotor aircraft, as well as rapid ground refueling when required. MAG 11 generates, embarks, and integrates relevant, combat ready aviation forces capable of providing Offensive Air Support, Anti-Aircraft Warfare, Assault Support, Aerial Reconnaissance, and terminal area Control of Aircraft, all in order to ensure success in combat in support of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force and Combatant Commanders.
