Two U.S. Air Force HH-60G Pave Hawks and a HC-130J Combat King II assigned to the 1st Expeditionary Rescue Group complete Helicopter Air-to-Air Refueling (HAAR) operations within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, October 13, 2022. The primary mission of the Pave Hawk is to conduct day or night personnel recovery operations in hostile environments to recover isolated personnel during conflict.
