Djiboutian soldiers applaud themselves for a job well done during the Able Dart 08-01-Tadjoura Train-the-Trainer Course graduation at the Regiment Inter-Army Tadjoura compound Jan. 21. The military-to-military training is part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa's mission is to prevent conflict, promote regional stability and protect coalition interests in order to prevail against extremism. The 1st Battalion, 294th Infantry (Light), Delta Company, a unit, which falls under CJTF-HOA, was responsible for training the 60 Djiboutian soldiers over a 10-week course.
