Army Capt. Joseph I. Cruz shakes the hand of a Djiboutian soldier during the Able Dart 08-01-Tadjoura Train-the-Trainer Course graduation for 60 Djiboutian national army soldiers at the Regiment Inter-Army Tadjoura compound Jan. 21. The military-to-military training is part of the CJTF-HOA's mission is to prevent conflict, promote regional stability and protect coalition interests in order to prevail against extremism. Cruz is the commanding officer for the 1st Battalion, 294th Infantry (Light), Delta Company. Delta Company was responsible for training the 60 Djiboutian soldiers over a 10-week course.
