A construction worker secures the final beam during the topping out ceremony of the II Marine Expeditionary Force headquarters building on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina Nov. 1, 2022. Construction of the new headquarters, located in the Wallace Creek area, began in January 2022 and is expected to be complete in June 2025.
