Staff Sgt. Daniel Ward, a public affairs non-commissioned officer from U.S. Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) exchanges patches with a Moldovan soldier after working with each other during training in Chisinau, Moldova, Oct. 28, 2022. A team from SOCEUR worked with the Moldovan Mass Media Cell during the Subject Matter Expert Exchange (Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE)) and provided technical training on new camera equipment and public affairs operations.
