VICENZA, Italy - The Angel Tree Program kicks off at the U.S. Army Garrison Italy Army Community Service (ACS) lobby on Caserma Ederle Nov. 2, 2022. After remarks by Maj. Evette Barnes, executive officer for the garrison, members of the Girls Scouts sang Christmas carols. During the event, Vicenza military community members picked “Angels” from the angel tree to help a Soldier’s child receive a gift this holiday season.
