U.S. Marines assigned to the Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 252 (VMGR 252), conduct operations in a U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J Super Hercules over East Africa Nov. 1, 2022. The refueling unit is deployed from Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, and supports the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa by providing aerial refueling, airdrop and rescue capabilities to the area of operations.
