U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Tyler Foutz, an explosive ordinance disposal (EOD) technician with 1st EOD Company, 1st Marine Logistics Group, teaches a member of the Timor-Leste National Police (PNTL) EOD team how to calculate different elements while working with unexploded ordinances during the classroom portion of the Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) Training Program in Dili, Timor-Leste, Oct. 31, 2022.
