A member of the Timor-Leste National Police (PNTL) explosive ordinance disposal (EOD) team practices a safety technique to use while dealing with an unexploded ordinance learned during the Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) Training Program in Dili, Timor-Leste, Nov. 4, 2022.
