Fifty-six Iraqi non-commissioned officers stand in formation, Jan. 28, at their graduation ceremony from the Task Force Marne NCO Academy at Forward Operating Base Kalsu. The NCOs are the first to complete the two-week course which instructs NCOs on leadership and soldier skills necessary to mold their units into effective fighting forces.
