The leadership of the 3rd Infantry Division was present to congratulate the new graduates Jan. 28 at the Task Forcer Marne non-commissioned officer academy on Forward Operating Base Kalsu. Leaders included Brig. Gen. James Huggins, deputy commanding general (maneuver), Col. Terry Ferrell, 2nd Brigade Combat Team commander, Command Sgt. Maj. Gabriel Berhane, 2nd BCT command sergeant major, Col. Wayne Grigsby, 3rd Brigade Combat Team commander, Col. Thomas James, 4th BCT commander, and Command Sgt. Maj. Louis Torres, 4th BCT command sergeant major (seated left to right).
