A U.S. Air Force KC-135 Statotanker assigned to the Iowa Air National Guard’s 185th Air Refueling Wing is being towed on the ramp at its home base in Sioux City, Iowa on November 22, 2022. The aircraft is back in Sioux City after being gone for nearly seven months. All of the unit’s aircraft had been operating from remote locations during the summer because of runway construction in Sioux City.
