    The crew of the USCGC Frederick Hatch (WPC 1143) puts over the brow after arriving in Pohnpei to medically evacuate a 31-year-old Vietnamese fisherman to a higher level of medical care in Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia, on Nov. 20, 2022.
