The crew of the USCGC Frederick Hatch (WPC 1143) and the Federated States of Micronesia Marine Police officer aid a 31-year-old Vietnamese fisherman at the hospital in Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia, on Nov. 20, 2022, following a medical evacuation from the fishing vessel Ocean Galaxy south of Pohnpei.
