Rafael Jijon, a food service specialist attached to 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), right, and Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Joseph Byrd prepare a meal aboard amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8), Nov. 25, 2022. The galley provides health-conscious, high-quality food choices to Sailors and Marines.
