Bryan Carmichael, commodore of Amphibious Squadron (PHIBRON) 4, discusses mission requirements of the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) with Dominican Republic emergency response teams at the Operational Center of Emergency (COE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Dec. 1, 2022.
