SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (Dec. 1, 2022)—Medical responders from the Hospital General de la Plaza de la Salud transport a simulated casualty to an MH60-S Seahawk, attached to the “Chargers” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 26, during a Continuing Promise humanitarian assistance and disaster relief exercise in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Dec. 1, 2022.
