The John P. Murtha Cancer Center (MCC) proclamation was signed following the MCC’s 10-year anniversary hosted by Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Dec. 2.
The proclamation was unveiled by Army Chief Warrant Officer 4 Charles Felder and Mrs. Melinda Deloatch-Speight, U.S. Coast Guard spouse, and signed by Dr. Douglas Lowy, principal deputy director, U.
