Petty Officer 2nd Class Benjamin Slappey of Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw (WLBB 30) prepares to present a symbolic Christmas tree at Chicago's Navy Pier during the 23rd annual Christmas Ship ceremony Dec. 3, 2022.
