U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Brian W. Cavanaugh, the Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic, Marine Forces Command, Marine Forces Northern Command commander, congratulates 54 cadets for their Freestate Challenge Academy course completion at Havre De Grace High School, Maryland on Dec. 17, 2022. The Academy’s mission is to intervene in and reclaim the lives of at-risk youth and to produce graduates with the values, skills, education and self-discipline needed to succeed as adults.
