U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Brian W. Cavanaugh, the Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic, Marine Forces Command, Marine Forces Northern Command commander, greets attendants during the course completion ceremony for the Freestate Challenge Academy at Havre De Grace High School, Maryland on Dec. 17, 2022. The Academy’s mission is to intervene in and reclaim the lives of at-risk youth and to produce graduates with the values, skills, education and self-discipline needed to succeed as adults.
