Col. Calvin Powell, 39th Air Base Wing commander, center left, and Maj. Jeffrey Allen, 39th Maintenance Squadron commander, center right, cut the ribbon during the 39th MXS munitions flight building dedication ceremony at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, Dec. 19, 2022. The 39th MXS munitions flight building was designed to provide a streamlined means of communication within the ammunitions flight and assist Airmen in building camaraderie and teamwork. The building also provides better protection for munitions assets controlled by the flight and consolidates six sections into a single building, increasing productivity for current and future Airmen.
