SOUTH CHINA SEA (Jan. 4, 2023) - U.S. Navy Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (handler) Tyler Perry, assigned to amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23), signals U.S. Marine Corps UH-1Y Venom pilots with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 362 (Rein.), 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, to take-off from the Anchorage, Jan. 4. The mobility and sustainability provided by amphibious platforms enable the Navy-Marine Corps team to extend the reach of our capabilities. 7th Fleet is the U.S. Navy's largest forward-deployed numbered fleet, and routinely interacts and operates with Allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
