Dallas Montgomery, a barracks manager with Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific, inspects a fire extinguisher at Bachelor Enlisted Quarters 473 on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 4, 2023. As the barracks manager, Montgomery is responsible for tracking every incoming, outgoing, and resident Marine at the barracks, along with the furniture and appliances in their rooms.
