Tresha Jeter, the senior NCO of the 24th Financial Management Support Unit, test a competitor's military knowledge during the 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade's Soldier and NCO of the Quarter Board on Fort Stewart, Georgia, Feb. 10, 2023. The Soldier and NCO of the Quarter board included an Army Combat Fitness Test and challenged Soldiers’ military knowledge, customs and courtesies, and composure under pressure. Competition events are a test of grit and toughness, foster readiness and esprit de corps, and are a fundamental part of the brigade’s strategy to build lethal, cohesive teams with expert leaders.
