Senior Enlisted Advisor Tony L. Whitehead, the SEA to the Chief of the National Guard Bureau, speaks to Alaska Guardsmen based out of Joint Base Elmendorf - Richardson, Alaska, Feb. 1, 2023, as part of a field circulation. During the town hall, SEA addressed NGB priorities for the new year, updates to COVID-19 vaccination policy and took questions from the soldiers and airmen on challenges specific to their state or unit. SEA Whitehead serves as the Chief's principal military advisor on all enlisted matters affecting training, utilization, the health of the force, and enlisted professional development.
