U.S. Soldiers assigned to the Henry H. Lind Noncommissioned Officer Academy (NCOA) approach the turnaround point during the Norwegian Foot March on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Wash., Feb. 10, 2023. Command Sgt. Maj. Adam B. Schuessler, center, commandant of the Henry H. Lind NCOA on JBLM, carried the NCOA colors and guidon throughout the event. The NCOA is responsible for providing professional military education to the next generation of noncommissioned officers so they can develop the fundamental skills necessary to lead, train, and care for Soldiers and their families.
