    The amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46), top, passes by Landing Craft Air Cushion 10 as Tortuga departs Subic Bay. Tortuga was recently completed Amphibious Landing Exercise, an annual bilateral exercise designed to improve interoperability, increase readiness and develop professional and personal relationships between U.S. forces and the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
