U.S. Marine Corps F/A-18 Hornets with Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 533 lands for refueling during a Forward Arming and Refueling Point (FARP) Officer-in-Charge training course at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, Feb. 23, 2023. The FARP course, hosted by Marine Wing Support Squadron 273, 28th Marine Air Control Group, certified Marines and Airmen from across the bulk fuels specialist community to operate and establish a FARP site, a temporary site where aircraft can be refueled and armed, extending the area of operations for aircraft.
