Tech. Sgt. Jordan Laughlin, the fuels distribution section chief assigned to the 3rd Air Expeditionary Wing, attaches an in-line sampler to inspect fuel for contaminants during Exercise Agile Reaper 23-1 at Tinian International Airport, Northern Mariana Islands, March 3, 2023. Laughlin and his four-man team of fuels distribution operators offloaded fuel from a C-17 Globemaster III, then tested the fuel to ensure it was free of excessive water and contaminants before refueling F-22 Raptors during the exercise.
