Airman 1st Class Arion White, a fuels distribution operator assigned to the 3rd Air Expeditionary Wing, analyzes the readings of a fuel-soaked pad in an Aqua-Glo machine during Exercise Agile Reaper 23-1 at Tinian International Airport, Northern Mariana Islands, March 3, 2023. The pad has sodium fluorescein on it, an element that interacts with water.
