SAN DIEGO (March 8, 2023) – Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Lacee Peel, assigned to USS Boxer (LHD 4) and a native of Atlanta, Georgia, applies an eye shield to Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Gregzon Fontanilla, assigned to Fleet Surgical Team 9 and a native of Tamuning, Guam, during a mass casualty drill aboard Boxer. Boxer, Fleet Surgical Team Five and Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command San Diego Sailors participated in a two-day mass casualty drill simulating Boxer as a casualty receiving treatment ship.
