SAN DIEGO (March 8, 2023) – Sailors assigned to USS Boxer (LHD 4) carry a simulated casualty to the medical department during a mass casualty drill on the flight deck. Boxer, Fleet Surgical Team Five and Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command San Diego Sailors participated in a two-day mass casualty drill simulating Boxer as a casualty receiving treatment ship.
