U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jillian Hammond, a motor transportation operator with 3rd Landing Support Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force observes U.S. Army landing craft, utility Calaboza (LCU 2009) arrive in Dibacong Fish Port to deliver equipment in support of Balikatan 23 at Casiguran, Aurora, Philippines, April 7, 2023. A combined force of logisticians and support personnel from the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military are planning and executing a combined joint logistics over-the-shore event during Balikatan 2023, the annual bilateral exercise between the two Allies.
