Sgt. Jeff Wietrzykowski and Sgt. Frankie Stout, carpenters with the 115 Engineering Battalion out of Clarksburg, W.Va., shovel six-foot snow mounds from the roof of the Davis Volunteer Fire Department. Klepitch and Stout are members of the W.Va. CERFP team, or Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package, and are trained to perform rescue and extraction missions but this is the first time either Soldier has had to deal with possible structural collapses due to snow accumulation.
