Dr. Carrie Brown, operations manager for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) laboratory at Offutt Air Base, Neb., provides a tour to service casualty and mortuary affairs officers during a conference held on April 11, 2023. The conference brought together DPAA and the service casualty offices to discuss the methodology behind their work and how to improve processes.
