230320-N-TL141-1038 BOSTON (March 19, 2023) – Chief Special Warfare Combat Crewman Nic Phillips, assigned to Naval Special Warfare Assessment Command (NSWAC), addresses a group of students from Everett High School during an outreach event. NSWAC is the assessment and outreach arm if the Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWCEN). NSWCEN provides initial training to the SEAL and Special Warfare Combat Crewman communities. These communities support the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) mission, providing maritime special operations forces to conduct full spectrum operators, unilaterally or with partners, to support national objectives.
