As an additional part of the Nebraska State Best Warrior Competition 2019, Soldiers were interviewed by a Sergeants Major Board at the Greenlief Training Site in Hastings, Nebraska on April 11, 2019. The Soldiers presented themselves in their Army service uniforms and questioned on topics ranging from Nebraska National Guard history to unit regulations. The Best Warrior Competition brings together enlisted Soldiers of the Nebraska Army National Guard and Czech Republic to compete in a number of challenges over three days to include individual weapons qualification, an obstacle course, the Army Physical Fitness Test and land navigation.
