    U.S. Navy Command Master Chief, Mark W. Rudes, senior enlisted adviser to the U.S. Pacific Command commander, tunes his attention to a computer monitor displaying avatars while given a synopsis of the HUMINT Control Cell, a part of the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer program here Oct. 29. Rudes was provided a tour and visited key resources that will become valuable assets to the future plans of establishing partnerships and training in the Asia-Pacific region.
