Rudes, senior enlisted adviser to the U.S. Pacific Command commander, sits inside a Stryker simulator and prepares for a training mission, as part of the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer program here Oct. 29. Rudes was provided a tour and visited key resources that will become valuable assets to the future plans of establishing partnerships and training in the Asia-Pacific region.
